43 Small Plays About 42 Big Men
43 plays, each inspired by a U. S. President.
Written in the months preceding the 2008 democratic convention,
the plays reflect themes of race and gender. But that's not to say
they aren't also about power, masquerade, doubt, legacy and cherries.
Unwieldy and uncentered, a kaleidoscopic imagining of the
dreams, fears and history of a nation.
